You can leave the web address blank and the softward will fill in a default URL for you.

When I see your description of the group, I will create a grahic for you that ties it in, etc.

Bill,

Here is what to do.

Click on the groups icon at the top of the page.

You will see another hyperlink to "Add A Group"

Decide what you want to call the group and write a short description of less than 250 characters, and click save.

Be sure to check off that anyone can join the group so that it is open to the public.

We suggest checking the option not to allow posting a message to the entire group to avoid spamming, etc.

I will create a graphic for your group if you like and check all your settings, etc. the next time I log in.

Bill,

Thanks, you just helped us complete our goal of 100 members the first day. I saw that you created a forum on international business opportunities. This is a new tool for us, but I think you might be better off to start a group and invite people to join. You could call it something like International Worksite Network, or whatever, and invite people to join. You could start with your own network of managers, have them invite people who have some interest. If someone is looking for a contact in a particular country, wonders how to enroll the employees that work in a particiular country, etc. they could find it through your group, etc.

Also, thanks for the great photos, I remember them from your presentation in Las Vegas.
