What is the general consensus on the affect of health care reform on medical insurance premiums? Most of the agents I have talked to said rates would go down initially and then within a couple of years be back up at or above current levels. Phil Bogle Cauton - Beware - Guaranteed Appointments from London's Insurance Solutiuons

We signed up with Sean London in December 2008.

We paid him $3,400.00 for insurance appointments. He guaranteed appointments within 30 days.

As of today we received one bogus appointment and a lot of lip service from Sean London.

I caution any agents out there about doing business with Seasn London since as of today our results are terrible - no appointments - no reply from Sean London until we phone and hound him and if we are lucky to get him on

Howard Bell Case Shiller: Slowly Getting Better


The S&P Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index posted a 2.5% decrease from a year earlier, a significant easing from the 19%, 15% and 8.7% declines in the rest of 2009.

The indexes showed prices in 10 major metropolitan areas fell 2.4% in December from a year earlier, while the index for 20 major metropolitan areas dropped 3.1%. Prices are down 5.3% in the past year, compared with a 7.3% decline in October, S&P said. A year ago, prices had tumbled 18.2%. The index s… Continue
